VitaFlow is a hydration tracking tool designed for informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and should not be used to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition. The hydration goals and predictions provided by the app are estimates. Always consult with a healthcare professional for personalized medical advice.
VitaFlow is available as a one-time purchase. Once purchased, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app indefinitely without recurring subscription fees. We reserve the right to change the pricing for future users at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. Since your data is stored locally, deleting the app may result in the loss of your data unless you have enabled iCloud backups or synced with Apple Health.
The VitaFlow app, including its design, logo ("Cosmic V"), code, and content, is the property of VitaFlow and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VitaFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.
